What this site is for
This website describes the property management services of Recob Real Estate Services, Inc., a California licensed real estate brokerage (DRE #02130239). It is provided for general information. Nothing on it is legal, tax, or investment advice, and reading it does not create a client relationship with us. Talk to us directly, or to your own attorney or accountant, before acting on anything you read here.
Pricing and listings
We publish our management fees because we think you should be able to see them before you call. The fees on this site are our standard rates at the effective date above. They are confirmed in writing in your management agreement, which controls if the two ever differ. Rental listings, availability, rents, and the results of the free rent comparison tool are estimates or snapshots that can change without notice and are not offers.
Third-party tools and links
The rental listings and rent comparison tool are provided by RentEngine, and the tenant and owner portals are operated by AppFolio. Those services have their own terms, which apply when you use them. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
Our content
The text, photos, and logo on this site belong to Recob Real Estate Services, Inc. unless otherwise noted. You are welcome to read, link to, and share it.
