Find a listing
Browse the current availability above. Every listing shows real photos, rent, availability date, and pet policy. Use the filters to narrow by price, beds, or baths.
Schedule a showing
Click on the property above and use the link to schedule a showing.
Apply online
Open the listing you want and apply directly from it. The application is fully online: no paper, no office visit. We screen all complete applications in the order that they are received and accept the first qualified applicant, consistent with fair housing laws.

How do I apply for a Recob Real Estate Services rental?
Apply online directly from the listing: browse the available rentals on this page, open the one you want, and follow the apply link. You can also schedule a showing from the listing before applying.
Is there an application fee?
Yes, there is a $45 fee for applications. This covers the credit report and background check. There is no markup on the application. Application fees are refunded if your application is not processed.
Who do I contact about a listing or a showing?
Showings can be scheduled directly from each listing above, which is the fastest route. If you have questions you can call (858) 314-3890 or email leasing@recob.net.
I am a current tenant. Where do I pay rent or submit a maintenance request?
Current tenants use the online tenant portal for rent payments and maintenance requests, not this page. The Tenant Portal link is at the top of the site.
