Our standard
This website is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We review the site on an ongoing basis, test with keyboard and assistive technology in mind, and fix issues as we find them. Accessibility is a continuous effort, not a one-time checkbox, and we welcome feedback that helps us improve.
What we do

- Color contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA on text and controls
- Text alternatives for images that convey information
- Form fields with visible labels, clear required-field markings, and confirmation messages announced to screen readers
- Support for reduced-motion preferences and text resizing up to 200%
Third-party content
Some features on this site are provided by outside vendors: the rental listings and market-analysis tools are powered by RentEngine, and the tenant and owner portals are operated by AppFolio. We do not control how those services are built, and they may not fully conform to the same standards. We pass accessibility feedback along to those vendors, and our staff is glad to help you directly with anything a listing tool or portal does, by phone or email.
